I offer design & project management solutions for residential and commercial projects.

With skills rooted in the arts, I’ve been actively creating unique spaces throughout my work  life, both for my businesses as well as my clients. I strive to achieve the desired effect as expressed by my client, while keeping my eye on the best outcome for the setting, circumstance, budget and timeline given.

The wide aesthetic palette from which I draw, is built on decades of living abroad. This allows me to be versatile in my concepts and in identifying opportunities to elevate the visual and atmospheric value of a space — telling it’s story through color, texture and materials. 

 Alongside this, I harness my ability for clarity, my knack for organizing details, and my drive for functional quality, to effectuate a plan.  I am experienced in material schedules, selection & sourcing, construction team management, zoning & permitting navigation, timeline & budget tracking, plan approval, recovery coordination, insurance correspondence & restoration in environmentally sensitive areas.

Over all, I am committed to curating an individualized experience in which I anticipate next-steps and navigate the project to its best and complete conclusion.
